For Changes in Home Address, Sitter Address, Joint Custody Address, School or a New Registration:
- Follow the Student Transportation Request Protocol
- Contact your appropriate School or Board Office
- for schools with Renfrew County Catholic District School Board: select school email from web page
- for schools with Renfrew County District School Board: complete the Request for Change to Student Information on-line form
Important Notice:
We are only able to process address changes given to us from the school. All student information will be automatically given to us by the school (nightly by 4:00 p.m. local time) each night.
Every attempt will be made to respond to a change within 3-5 "school days" during the non-peak months. See notice below for information on peak times.

Each of the Board offices are open all summer as well as the Renfrew County Joint Transportation Consortium. We advise that you submit your September bussing changes before July to your Board as per the protocol above.
We transport over 10,000 students and receive a very large volume of requests during the months of August and September. We will make every effort to process these requests as soon as possible; however, during these peak times it can take 3 to 4 weeks to receive a response from RCJTC.
