Every attempt will be made to respond to general requests within 3-5 "school days" during the non-peak months. See notice below for information on peak times.
Important Notice
The Renfrew County Joint Transportation Consortium is open all summer. We advise that you submit your September bussing requests by the end of July.
We transport over 10,000 students and receive a very large volume of changes and requests during the months of August and September. We will make every effort to process these requests as soon as possible; however, during peak times we normally cannot look at these requests until October as we are busy assigning students to a bus.
